How You Contribute to Our Success
The Regional VP of Enterprise Sales works within a sales team and at the direction of a sales leader to support wellness program technology sales through a multi-channel approach including partner relationships (brokerage firms, reseller organizations, etc.) direct, and marketing qualified leads that are $100,000 + in annual contract revenue. In addition, the Regional VP of Enterprise Sales will develop leads and bring marketing qualified leads into the sales process and convert the lead to won business. The Regional VP of Enterprise Sales will work in concert with the sales leader to build relationships with wellness practice leaders, HR leaders, insurance consultants and agents and other industry contacts to advance the Navigate brand and secure new contracted clients. The territory for this role includes Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio. We prefer a candidate working in the territory, but remote work may be considered based on experience and business needs. This position is a channel partner-facing role and could include travel averaging 30%-40% of the time.

Success in this role will be defined by:
- The achievement of all sales quota targets and pipeline goals.
All duties are performed in support of and at the direction of the sales leader.
- Supports the sale of Navigate Wellbeing Solutions Products through assigned channel partners for prospective new clients. Target annual sales goal is $1.5M+. This target may be changed annually or as determined by the SVP for Sales.
- Effectively builds channel relationships and manages funnel build.
- Sells integrated Navigate Wellbeing Solutions products for new clients and achieving baseline sales and quarterly sales performance metrics.
- Works closely with Navigate Wellbeing Solutions product, technology, operations and marketing teams to ensure channel partner and client needs are met within the capabilities of the Navigate product suite.
- Utilizing the approved resources in High Spot and beautiful.ai, you will develop and deliver presentations; prepare proposals in accordance with approved pricing policies; prepare and deliver technology demonstrations to prospects; advance prospects and through the sales process to close business with a signed contract.
- Records all sales information and activity in the Hubspot CRM platform.
- Helps from time to time with training for the business development team.
- Keeps product offering knowledge up to date by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities, etc.
- Helps accomplish sales team and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Travel expectations can average between 30%-40% of the time.
- Effectively manages prospect expectations and escalations to full resolution and satisfaction.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

- Has proven results and experience in both health & wellness sales of large case/enterprise prospects working under an annual quota of $1M+.
- Previous experience working with channel partners is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics or related field, or related experience
- Standard professional office or remote work environment.
