How you contribute to our success
The Market Sales Executive works within a sales team and at the direction of a sales leader to close wellness program new account sales through a multi-channel approach focusing on partner relationships (reseller organizations, TPAs, PBMs, health plans, etc.). The Market Sales Executive will work in concert with the sales leader to build relationships with wellness practice leaders, partnership leaders, producers, etc. that result in advancing the Navigate brand and securing sales. Success in this position is demonstrated by the achievement of sales quota targets and pipeline build through strategic relationships and partnerships. This position is a channel partner-facing role and could include travel up to 30% of the time.

How you contribute to our success

Responsibilities to the team, our clients and community
- Identify, develop, prospect, and engage health plans, TPAs, PBMs, and other payor organizations to generate new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers, including medical directors, network development, population health, and product teams
- Present and promote Navigate Wellbeing Solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor messaging and sales assets for the payor segment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within healthcare or wellbeing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proven experience with TPAs, PBMs, Captives, and Health Plans preferred

Experience & Education needed for success in this role
Experience
- A minimum of three years selling to health plans, TPAs, PBMs, and other payor organizations in the wellbeing or healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Physical & Working Environment
- Normal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
- Position requires occasional bending, squatting, twisting and climbing stairs. There are minimal exposures to workplace hazards.

- Position is available for remote workers
- Must be able to travel using ground and or air transportation.
